Booking Policies

Minimum stay

• Direct reservations require a minimum stay of 2 nights, unless a different condition is confirmed in writing by Casa Ecos d'Alma.

Guests and children

• The number of guests selected at booking must match the number of guests staying at the property.
• Only children above 10 years old are allowed by default, and each child above 10 counts as 1 additional guest.
• Children under 10 years old are allowed only with prior consent from the house before confirming the reservation.
• Maximum occupancy is 3 guests, including adults and children counted as guests.

Payment

• Direct bookings are paid securely online through Mercado Pago unless another payment method is explicitly agreed in writing.
• The reservation is confirmed only after payment has been approved and the booking is registered in the reservation system.
• Prices may include accommodation, cleaning fee, applicable taxes and displayed booking charges. Learn more about our suite boutique en Isla Mujeres.

Cancellation policy

• All direct booking cancellations are non-refundable.
• Any change request is subject to availability and may require price adjustment.

Check-in and check-out

• Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM.
• Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.

Getting to Casa Ecos d'Alma

• By taxi from the Ultramar ferry port: leaving the terminal, take a left and walk about 15 meters along the main street to find the taxi station. Taxis on the island are not metered, so always agree on the fare before getting in.
• By public bus: take Route 1, 2, or 3 southbound from the port towards El Cañotal, and ask the driver to confirm the direction.

House rules

• Casa Ecos d'Alma is a non-smoking property.
• Parties, disruptive noise and activities that disturb neighbors are not allowed.
• Casa Ecos d'Alma is located in a residential, mid-island neighborhood. Like much of Isla Mujeres, guests may hear everyday neighborhood sounds — dogs, children playing, or music during local celebrations — which are part of island life and outside the house's control.
• Guests are expected to take care of the suite, furniture, equipment and amenities.
• Damage, missing items or exceptional cleaning needs may generate additional charges.

Acceptance

By completing a direct booking, the guest confirms that they have reviewed and accepted these booking policies, including the non-refundable cancellation policy and the children policy.
